After spending three decades in the hospitality business as a French Chef and entrepreneur, Bertrand decided to focus on finding the right family and work life balance. Named for his twin daughters Bonnie Rose and Marlowe Grove; Bertrand's brand Rosegrove blends his passions seamlessly encapsulating everything he loves. Rosegrove channels his Chef skills into design, carpentry and remodeling homes, while maintaining a foothold in hospitality through his short-term rental properties that offer a boutique hotel-like experience and culinary adventures. Bertrand also offers pastry consulting for restaurants, catering and pastry shops seeking to elevate their pastry program. Whether crafting new design concepts in his workshop, or harvesting the bounties of his flower and vegetable garden for the next dinner party, his commitment to excellence is the heart of everything he does.
